PBS is a Hampshire based consultancy practice serving the local business community.  We work on behalf of small and medium sized companies across a range of sectors.

Headed by Phil Merison, we are dedicated team of highly focused and experienced business professionals.  Phil brings more than 25 years experience of growing and improving businesses in both the domestic and international markets. A specialist business trouble shooter for several major UK Blue Chip companies, he has considerable international experience in general management and business development roles. 

Domestically, Phil has contributed to various advisory boards such as DMA (Defence Manufacturers Association), CBI (Confederation of British Industry) and the Basingstoke & Dean Business Partnership.

All our associates have over 15 years experience working either internationally in blue chip technology, manufacturing and service companies or serving domestic SMEs and public organisations operating at director or MD level.  They are all qualified in their specialist areas and highly experienced at quickly assessing and focussing on key issues.
